This year we welcome Suzanne Wilde to the Wimbledon International Short Film Festival 2019 Jury.
Suzanne’s career spans thirty five years within the media sector where she is currently Global Director of Rights and Talent Accounting at BBC Studios Distribution. She joined Granada Television in Manchester in the 1980s, operating around Talent Accounting, Business Affairs and Rights. As the Granada Group expanded, so did her role to cover seven further broadcast licences as Controller of Rights and Talent Accounting, until the ITV merger in 2003. Following that, Suzanne left ITV to form her own company advising across music, rights and business affairs within the Indie producer community.
In 2007 she joined BBC Worldwide as Director of Talent Accounting, expanding her role to the current in 2012. Suzanne is a lover of film and music and has been a voting member of Bafta for over twenty years. She is a member too of the Royal Television Society and Women in Film and Television.
